Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Elinor Jewels velvet pouch and gift box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
